The Devadigas UAE mobile application is a community membership registration and directory tool. Its purpose is to allow Devadiga community members residing in the UAE to:

• Register their community membership with Devadigas UAE.
• Search and view their verified membership details anytime via My Details.
• Enable authorized administrators to manage and verify membership registrations.

When you complete the membership registration form in the mobile application, the following fields are collected:

• Personal Identification: First Name, Surname, Gender, and Age Group (e.g. 0-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50+).
• Contact Details: UAE Mobile Number (formatted with +971) and Email Address.
• Emirate of Residence: UAE Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah).
• Family Members: Spouse Name and Names of Children (for family membership records).
• Professional Details: Occupation Type (Employee / Business), Job Title / Occupation Name, and Company Name.

The app operates with minimal device access and requests only standard permissions essential for its core functionality:

Data collected in the app is used strictly for community membership administration:

• Maintaining verified membership records for the Devadigas UAE community.
• Allowing members to look up their membership card and verify registration status.
• Assisting administrators in verifying member records and UAE residency.

Information is accessible only to authorized Devadigas UAE administrators responsible for maintaining community records.

We safeguard member information using standard security practices:

• Secure Data Transmission: Network requests between the app and server use HTTPS encryption.
• Encrypted Administrator Access: Login credentials and session tokens are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
• Restricted Access: Access to backend membership records is restricted to authorized team members.

Members retain access and control over their submitted data:

• View Profile: Use the "My Details" screen in the app to view your profile using your Mobile Number or Email Address.
• Record Deletion: If you relocate or wish to remove your membership record, contact the administration for record deletion.
